15-year-old Burrell blitzed the Junior Lites class at AORC with six round victories and podium finishes in each of the other rounds. His mix of good mechanical knowledge and enthusiasm has shaped him into the complete off-road package. Went to Greece to offer support to the Aussie riders where he could.

Winner of the “dirty double” – the A4DE and the AORC in the same year. Top ranking Australian rider at the 2008 Six Day Enduro in Greece. Currently pursued by both Husqvarna and Aprilia to race the World Enduro Championship in ’09.

Supercross/Motorcross Category Winner.
The hardest charging rider of the MX series, Jay constantly pushed his way to the front through one of the strongest packs of Open class riders in recent times. Not only did he earn his maiden Pro Open MX Championship, he did it in his first season on board a CDR Yamaha after seven years on KTM

Winner of the Freestyle MX Category.
Broke the Guinness WR for distance jumped on a motorcycle twice. Finished 3rd in the Redbull X-Fighters Champions. Got second at the AST Dew Tour Toyota Challenge in Salt Lake City & made the X Games freestyle final.

Tye Simmonds
Rookie Category Winner.
Winner, Under 19 class – 2008 Rockstar Australian MX Nationals. He took two round-wins and won four motos during the six-round U19 Championship. 2nd place, both Lites and Open classes – 2008 NSW MX Championship. He placed just outside the top 10 in his one-off Pro Open class race at the Australian MX Nats (riding a 250cc two-stroke!).
